  _Peg-legged harpy o' th' Icelace, Mercy, was nosing around near the Gypsy-controlled bank, while admiring the rubble and water where the bridge used to be as only a priestess of destruction can. Its understood that this dwarven belldam didn't much care for the aggressive singing coming from a skulking Eastlander warbler over the other side. With the shake of a hammy fist, Mercy symbolically communicated her emotions by pulling down her drawers and waggling her hairy dwarven bottom at the humming Hoaran. After she had tucked her cheeks out of sight - though never, for those unfortunate enough to glimpse them, out of mind - Mercy amuses herself by pestering Telli, following at a distance while cooing "Teeeeeeeeeelli … Teeeeeeeellli ... Teeeelli!" - over and over again..._

  Later than normal. a rain of cherry blossom petals comes with a quiet front of the fluffiest looking cloudes late one day during a particuarly rosy colored sunset. The cotton candy clouds can be seen bringing their unusual precipiption from the Rawlins up north to Peltarch. The soft pink petals seem to carry color of the setting sun captured by the soft and fluffy clouds down to earth. In the half hour or so the quick moving front lasts, no Fey march nor are seen as years past, but individuals missing or presumed dead are rumored to show up after years and sometimes decades in the strange weather.

  _Word quickly spreads about a tense standoff on the Bridge when General Grag of the Legion spat on the name of Jonni, then refused to pay his meagre 5 gold toll. Meanwhile an open Banite was forced to wait patiently on the other side of the bridge after paying his toll quietly and politely, having to sit through the argument caused by Grag. He then later returned and "acted like a child", teasing the Hoarrans, throwing insults, trying to threaten them and farting, but to no avail. The esteemed "Child-General", as dubbed by some Hoarrans, then left in a huff when the gate still wasn't opened. Further rumours circulate that the Legion is completely broke, this being the second Legion General to not be able to afford the toll._

  ***Heighened ICC -patrolling has come a sudden stop. This lull in activity is replaced by ominous sound of orchish (war)drums emenating deep within from ICC cave. Sound summons brethens together, like honey draws bees. Perhaps they got frustrated in patrolling.. Or they found out something. Whatever that is, clan is mustering***

  Seems the Oscuran fort has completed. Several squads of various Oscuran forces man the station. The roads in the area are frequently patrolled and the troops seem well maintained. Those entering thru the station note it seems somewhat empty. Several store front like structures are empty and a smithy next to a stable stand ready for use. The farms outside seem preliminarily done but unfinished. Though the ground has been tilled and cleared of rocks no one seems to be working the fields. The entire area seems to give a feeling of incompleteness or as if they are waiting for something.

  In a possiable related innceident, when coming out of the gnoll woods a group of four in copper and red armor, bandits struck again. all falling apart from one who ran off into the woods. seems the Pass is rife with banditry

  _People are getting excited! Why? Because the festival is around the corner! ((Coming up in 7 hours 35 mins!!!)) The Captain Dietrick appears one morning with a wooden signboard outside Norwick's South gates. He knocks the sign board into the ground with a hammer, and pastes a poster on it. It says: "Harvest Moon Festival! Food, games and prizes! Don't miss it!" Below the words is a drawing of a map giving directions to the silver valley. Some additional scribbling reads "keep going west"._
