Sign of warning

Right before entering the gnoll woods, someone has put a wooden sign. In it there's a skull and a bolt and it says "Danger ahead"

A scowling woman in black and gold looks at the sign carefully, then in a mood of pedantic accuracy changes the wording with a stick of charcoal, scrawling out the letters "head" of the second word and writing in "skull".
The sign is left, skull affixed with a bolt, reading "Danger Askull"
