  I will not be diverted in this. I know htey are long dead.. but Lilith's memory deserves better than that which her birth home has given her. Do I listen to a fiary who tells me to give up? No. I do noth think i will. Something must remain of them. Lilith and her Tallie love Terrick. I will go to the woods soon and trya again to dig near the old stone wall in the spider pass. There is something under the ground there more than bones. I know it. When I find it, I will return the Iyapo name to honour.

The longer most people go without direct contact, the more nebulous and dreamy their recollections of run-ins with Fey or changelings. Some do not even remember at all. The crazies who still insist the source of the widespread hysteria is/was in fact real and not some haox coked up by local magelings or the product of too much ale and wine around the taverns or overimaginative children, quite a few of them find solace in superstitious precautions. With other very real and more tangible threats hanging over the heads and everyday lives of common folk and noble alike, it is easy for most to dismiss those crazies._

  Jonni and Tala, along with the rest of the Elders put the gates up together, ceremoniously opening them wide. The new valley looks as if it's always been there, a quiet refuge for weary travelers, and a few industrious Rom set up make shift shops along the road.

  Guards are dispatched to guard the obelisks, rotating off and on to patrol the bridge to the south as well. At the same time, a messenger is sent runnning south to Norwick hunting the mage Aramuil. When read, it reads simply: To Senior Mage, How thoughtful of you to show concern for a place and people that are of the utmost concern to your love and wife. Why yes, we will drop everything and make sure the precious stone is not fed blood, because beyond just being an evil ritual, it does very much concern our land being this close to the camp. Perhaps next time when you are not so busy off defeating the evils of all the land, you might find time in your busy schedule to actually come and visit us, rather then sending a letter, as we know we are as much in your heart as we are in yours. Please, send us a letter at the soonest possible moment that we can stop staring at said rock, or if something else should change, such as you fail and this demon is summoned, in which case, I am sure we will want to reinforce our guards around camp, for as much good as it might do against a demon.
