Brief History
_So this is life
The normal way
Was there a sign
All through the day
I can't find a sense for living
While the people smile and cry
They don't give a damn about me
No they do not even try
Adell was born into a small village community, never knowing the like of darkness of evil. They were cut off from the rest of Toril in a tranquil habbitat for monks and seekings of calm.
Her mother and father were both monks that did not believe in the will of the gods, they themselves thought they should be in charge of teaching their own people, which they have done for several years.
Adell's family, known as the Keel's, were the head of the villages council, they saught after endless tranquility through meditation and eternal happiness in the afterlife.
Her mother and father saught to become the deity of Tranquility and very well could of been, they were very powerful, the ability to carve a hole through a mountain with their bare fists, though they would never show their power.
Adell was trained to learn of meditation though she could not concentrate enough, when left alone for meditation she would grab sticks and begin to swing them around as if they were katanas.
Eventually she worked her muscles enough to be a wonderful fighter without weaponry and with it as well. Her favored weapon was a thick stick that weighed about 14 pounds, she could swing it with ease and used her opposite hand to counter her training partners attacks.
Throwing them to the ground then bringing the stick crashing down upon their chest, she soon learned many lethal moves, killing over several of the other monks.
The high council thought nothing of these murderes for they were just a step in training, they overlooked them and ignored many.
Adell started to grow a taste for murder in her mouth, she began challening the weakest of the monk in her order to fights, then killing them in a spar.
When she was 16 she was asked to meditate her spirit out of her body to pass through a waterfall, the final test to become a head of the council. She sat with her legs crossed and her stick tied to her back, staring at the waterfall for some time.
Eventually she gave up, standing slowly and sighing. She never learned any of the monkish arts, she only learned deadly kicks, jabs and defensive ways to exit combat.
Her parents were upset and sat her down for a calm talk, though the hatred for being denied a spot on the high council fueled Adell, she screamed and her muscles bulged out. Her eyes became bloodshot and she removed the stick from her back, releasing a rage she was training to control for some time.
With three blows, she managed to remove her fathers head with the stick. Her mother went down quicker as she was trying to restore her husband. Adell took the stick and jabbed it into her forhead. Her mother stumbled back and layed on her back, wincing. Adell jumped up and brought the stick down, snapping her neck…
_s there a God or ss there a solution
Farewell to you I've made this consulucion
To switch off pain when my nerves are torn
My body it hurts 'cause it's old and worn
Cancer eats my limbs intestines and meat
Mortal remains kept by mechanical beat
So you can't help me even if you try
You might think of me please tell me why [/i[/color:9ef77d79bc]
She ran away.
She ran from the top of the village community and down to a nearby fishing village. There she met a group that claimed to be seekers of power. She joined with them after a small spar in which she badly wounded one of their officers. They took her stick away from her and gave her a dull longsword instead, it was the same weight as her stick, only deadlier. They bought her a small wooden shield to place upon her opposite hand.
For the next 6 years she traveled with them till they reached what they were seeking, an orb.
This orb was glowing with darkness and was the key to opening a portal to the 6th layer of the Abyss, to let out a demon lord. When the few remaining of the group tried to take the orb, Adell killed them. She killed with such ease and grace that there spirits would probably continue to reach for the orb, now knowing they had died.
Adell reached out and touched the orb, her skin froze with terror and she recalled her hand quickly, wincing. Her eyes flashed imaged of Bane laughing at her, pointing a deadly figner and snarling, leaking a toxic substance.
Though all of these images were in her head, causing by the orbs magics she swung at them, trying to defend herself. Eventually passing out.
She awoke on the floor of the cavern, the orb gone. She stood and looked around, recalling the name 'Bane' in her head for several moments. She wrote it down upon a scroll and decided to look the name up when she returned to town.
The orb, was inside Adell. In her chest, and to this date it still is. Placed there by Bane himself.
Tell me why tell me why
She headed back to a small village that sold the group supplies earlier and she asked the shopkeeper if her had heard the name "Bane" ever in his lifetime. The shopkeeper gasped and handed over a pouch of gold to Adell, begging her not to kill him.
She took it witout question and smirked, feeling this would could be used to bring her more power and wealth in the future.
She began to read about Bane, read about how he became a God and what his teachings are. She fell in love with this image, she wanted nothing more than to serve him, offering if she ever betrayed the diety she would give him her soul.
She began to walk, aimlessly, killing those who stood in her way for the next year. She arived in Norwick and for the first time in her life, saw an orc.
She asked about what it was began to talk to as many as she could, sucking in their culture and memorizing their language. She wanted nothing more but to be an orc herself, beauty and speach meaned nothing to her, she only seeked power.
_Tell me why is existence so dark for me
Tell me why should I come back to life for free
Tell me why do you want me to get up again
Tell me why should I follow the advice of men
She met Zanetar, a powerful Banite cleric and swore her aligntment to his cause, unknown to him she became his private bodyguard, knowing that he is the closest to Bane she will ever come.
She stays in Norick this date, guarding Zanetar.__**
