  The Silver Valley is represented on council by members of the Halfling Defense League. HDL membership is open to gnomes and halflings of non-evil alignment. We're currently going through council elections as some of our members no longer play. The wiki's been updated as of today and membership/council will change slightly in the next few weeks.
