  _The hysteria among the general populations of Narfell mellows further. Only a minority remain in the hysteria's full grasp. The longer most people go without direct contact, the more nebulous and dreamy their recollections of run-ins with Fey or changelings. Some do not even remember at all. The crazies who still insist the source of the widespread hysteria is/was in fact real and not some haox coked up by local magelings or the product of too much ale and wine around the taverns or overimaginative children, quite a few of them find solace in superstitious precautions. With other very real and more tangible threats hanging over the heads and everyday lives of common folk and noble alike, it is easy for most to dismiss those crazies._

  In the docks district, a slim and tanned hand reaches for one of the posters. The petite black-haired owner of said hand grins crookedly as she reads the text, then folds the poster up to stash it into her pack. It appears the words "deck hand" caught the eye of the Black Sails, their Lt Sabre Seesaw sauntering off towards the Mermaid, murmuring something to her black and gold-clad companion about bardically inclined deck hands being good for a laugh.

  ((This Saturday, 29th March at around 8 pm GMT (that's 10 pm for CET, or 1 hours and 30 mins later than the time of this post) will hopefully turn into a proper festival in Peltarch's dockside tavern, the Lucky Ferret. Let's try to make this festival properly seedy and dark! Special kudos to Nilla for continued support and to Zyphlin for getting life back to Peltarch! And of course to all the people who have visited the festivals in the past. And those who'll come this time, of course!)) But she is settled in a barbarian country. The Day of the Axe aims to bring the barbarian spirit into her walls! This is not a festival for the weak of heart! The various smaller events among others will allow everyone a shot at dwarven lock-picking, no offense meant to those fine masters!   Von Ulgath The Von Ulgath family is a relatively young one in the larger sense of Peltarch's history. The elder Von Ulgath, Mikhail, arrived in Peltarch roughly 25 years ago, supposedly bringing with him great wealth from days of adventuring in Rashemi wilds and the Hordelands. He bought a large estate within the Civic District and in the early years attempted to integrate into the Peltarch social structure but did not have the social skill for such an endeavor. His wife, Elizia, however took to the life of a socialite quickly and remained a public figure in the Civic District social circles while her Husband became a recluse. Five years after the couple arrived to the city two large happenings occurred in the Von Ulgath family. Early in the year Elizia gave birth to a son and heir to their families estate and wealth. Towards the end of the year Elizia reportedly perished of a debilitating disease. Since that point not much has been heard from the Von Ulgath family. Mikhail comes out rarely, generally only for important Peltarchan events. His servents recover everything needed for the estate from outside vendors. His son, Johnathan, was enrolled in the Bardic College for some years as a youth and does venture out at times; however be it for his own desires or his father's rules, he is only barely seen out more than his father.
