  The point is, the Forces of Good through FR history recognise thier mortal servants and grant boons more often and earlier in thier life than the forces of Evil. Hence why Most 'evil' paladin-types are either Paladins Fallen to Evil, or Servants of the dark gods that have gained enough favor to be rewarded with a boon, Ie, Blackguard levels. I've a Ftr I plan to have eventually take Cleric levels, and I plan to very soon apply for her to get blackguard levels aswell.

  I believe that's because 1st edition XP ramps up exponentially, where 3rd edition XP is more linear. At one stage (can't remember what year or month, but Mori was head dev) we went to 3rd edition XP. That lasted about 2 weeks, before the decision was made to go back to 1st edition. Not sure what brought about either end of that change, but there you go.

  @6ffc3e90c1=Sethan: You might be surprised, but in the real world, different languages often -do- use different sounds for exclamations. Yep, for instance in Japanese instead of "Ummm" they say "Eeeeto". If I remember correctly anyway.

  You'll want to have your domains picked out ahead of time to line up with your deity. Domains can't be changed once you are in game. I'd recommend lining up your alignment and deity too, but those can be changed in the lobby. Also! If you have any more questions once you're in game you can use your emote wand to get some help from a Player Guide or Player Lead.

  Allright, thanks for all the help. Decided to amke a big northerner for my first char. Keep an eye out for.. Bran Hillskraad. oh and, I'm not keen on starting another thread for this… but trying to get the soundsets override to work, i downloaded the .txt doc and i'm not shure what to do with it, just place it in my Overrides folder? just seemed strange that it was a .txt document... or do i modify it ot a .2da file?
