Non Blooded Allowed Below

News travels around the city that the Tribunal has made a change to one of its laws. Non Blooded are now allowed to go to the Undercity and beyond as long as accompanied by a Blooded. The Blooded will be responsible for all actions taken by the Non Blooded. It is recommended that only trusted friends be brought in since the punishments will be harsh. Furthermore, Non Blooded are not allowed to take any type of resources out of the mines. Guards will be checking all Non Blooded packs before they are allowed to leave the Undercity.
