A letter is sent to to the Jiyyd Council Building. ((that means no one else could've read this))
_To the respected Council of Jiyyd,
I, Major Theaon Thorn of the Troff Legion, am recommending a ban from town on a certain individual. The druid Wolf has recently been assulting people in town walls. He seems to carry some cursed dagger that's doing this to him. Until this dagger is no longer in his hands, I recommend a ban be put on him. Legionare Hedia Gend witnessed him assult at least 4 people. If you want more information on his assults she should be able to inform you.With respect,
