    Until I see anything of significance done by any of the guilds I am disinclined to give out more items. This isn't a singular attack on any individual or guild, it's just that the guilds as a whole have done nothing to really deserve the extra attention and availablity of items beyond what the average player has done for a significant period of time.

    Get your guilds as a whole working tward the charters you wrote for yourselves and I'll think about changing this policy.

    And yes, it applies to all guilds/players.

    <edit>This does not effect all aspects of guild interaction. Just guild items. I am still available, as always, for help/advise.</edit>
