A speech is held in the middle of Norwick

- Rando stands on a small platform in the middle of Norwick and addresses the crowd gathered*
_" People of Norwick… Jandor is missing, presumed dead. The mercenary captain Lucius is also missing presumed dead and those guards who followed him have fled.
I say this as two days ago Jandors house was found covered in blood, like some sort of fight had taken place. No bodies were found, but the amount of blood splattered in the room could only mean one thing.. they were dead.
I have been asked by those elder citizens to come back to Norwick and defend it once again.
I have happly accepted this postion. as 'Lord Protector of Norwick. I will be aided by Chancellor Mecc who will deal with Taxes and trade. We will work closely together as if we were one voice.
The Old Militia has been disbanned and a new Militia will be raised under the Captancy of Moe aided by Lt Milshot. The militia needs good people to help defend these walls. All those willing to take up this duty are to apply to Captain Moe.
As you know times have changed and as my first act as Lord Protector of Norwick i will unbanish all those Banished from the walls of Norwick. We have a fresh start and its only right that these people are given the chance to make amends. But i warn you.... those who are found to bring harm or work against this great town will find that punishment will be swift and unmerciful.
We will be looking at the current laws of the town and amending some, so i ask you for some time on this.
A new chapter is open for Norwick and with your help we will make this once great town great again. My door is always open for you to bring any issues to me.
For one week we will have a feast and all ale and food will be provided for free. A tourney will be a arranged by the captain of the miltitia.
A cloud has been lifted over Norwick, the warm air melts the snow. Good times are ahead of us.

moe stands up and centre near Rando, watchign the crowd carefully, and watching the reactiosn carefully, once the speech his done, with otu saying a word he turns and walks back to the barracks, and traight in to his office, for the next few hours sounds of furious scribbling can be heard

Cyrian can be seen standing to the side listening to the speach, when he hears the news of who has become the new authority his shoulders slump a bit, finding the news none to appealing he moves off to the barracks to contemplate his future with Norwick
