    All citizens have 2 votes to cast. There is no law to say you have to cast these two votes for 2 different people, but you are "supposed" to vote for 2 different people.

    I am setting up two vote threads. Vote in each.

    This will represent the PC voting which is a very small portion of the total. Peltarch has over 9000 people and all have votes to cast.
