Crystal Collective Unbannings

A sour-faced civil servant makes an announcement in the public eye, and posts accordingly on every billboard (both inside and outside Peltarch) that contains a list of Collective members banned from the city.
"Hear ye, hear ye,
The following members of the entity known as the 'Crystal Collective' hereby have their ban from the city revoked.

If your name is still on the list of the banned, please contact the Knights of the Cerulean Stars, without entering the city, for formal investigation to ensure that you have been cleansed of the crystals' taint."
