Death of a Moon Elf

  • Walking through the gates of Jiyyd, Amana is seen carrying a bloodied and battered corpse of a Moon Elf. Carrying it into Vrokas', he emerges and immediatly begins to ask passing Elves of the fellow. Eventually Amana is seen in the company of Ohtar'a, Ael, and Tanin as they re-enter Vrokas'.
A short time later Amana is once more seen carrying the Moon elf's body this time up to the Temple of Helm.

Rumours soon begin to circulate that the Moon Elf was brought in with an empty scabbard.
Some even whisper of a Moonblade being lost.

In a room in the Temple, a moon elf's body is being sustained by the Temples acolytes at the behest of the local Elves. This room is both guarded and warded.

  • A day after a gathering of their numbers by Jiyyd, the Shesae return in good health and with the addition of someone unseen in the town before now. The male elf who chats to Tanin for a while bears a remarkable glowing longsword and himself appears to bear a remarkable strength of character.

Eluriel's midnight-blue hair has seemingly developed a startling silver streak through it overnight. She might be heard reassuring Meril that she has no intention of charging into a room full of orc destroyers in future. Well, not on a regular basis, she teases him.

Eluriel heads off to the temple to find Amana.

  • Some villagers claim to strange movements in the night.
An old woman says she saw drunks lumbering and swaying about in the darkness near where they say the elf was beaten down.

Shadows stalk the grounds then flow off like molten darkness following an unseen trail…

  • Amana is found often within the Temple, as he goes about preparations for the arrival of many Knights within its halls.
((i.e. IF i aint playing Amana IG then Amana is 90% of the time at the Temple over seeing it))

Speaking to awaiting Vell'cam and the Moon Elf maiden, he discusses what further things could be done for the fallen one, and allows them access to the body while he is about, explaining the restrictions as being ever vigilant.

To Ohtar'a, Ael and Tanin, Vell'cam and the Maiden.
Amana explains that when he returned to the place wher the Elf died, he found no evedence of a battle near. Explaining that the elf must have been attacked elsewhere and then have made his way there and that if the site is too be found, they should assemble their best trackers immediatly, though the past rain will already have made such tracks faint.

Soon after hearing of these rumours, a moon elf maiden notable for her frequent mention of the goddess Eilistraee looking aghast with concern and pity goes to the temple to speak with those kin gathered in sympathy and the Priest Amana.

  • A few days after the fallen is taken to the temple, an elven cleric of some note among the local elves and baring the symbols of the cresent moon is seen entering the temple. Some know the elf as Vell'cam a well studied and paitent elf who is rumored to be part of an elven council led by Tanin. He talks quietly with the guards at some length. Eventually, at some insistance from the guards he inclines his head and paitently waits for Amana to return, so that he may enter the chamber and see to his fallen brethren and look into the matter more closely.

  • Entering the temple with bunches of herbs, her eyes dancing about looking for someone, Eluriel enquires as to why the room is guarded and soon afterwards leaves to track down Amana.
