A reserved hin of 20 years. Shorter than the average halfling, Jasper is 2' 11" and is of average build.
He considers himself an observer of others though he himself is not always seen. His reclusive behavior is often misinterpreted as aloof or arrogant. He is slow to trust but provides enduring respect to those that earn it.
Although posessing an above-average intelligence, he is easily distracted by erudite persuits rather focusing on experience and observation.
Like many of his kind, he is prone to wandering and has found his way to Norwick by chance … or so he believes.
