Traveler

(( Well, I've decided to take a hiatus from Ivellios Starmist, after a particularly nasty turn of events, so, in my spare time I'll be playing Traveler. Traveler is a elven monk who, well…. he's traveling, as the name would suggest, but there's a good reason behind his travels.... Anyway, here's Traveler's description.))

Before you stands a man of about 5'-5'6" in height
At first, it is hard to discern his species, but, one glance at his lean frame quickly belies his elven lineage.

Garbed in faded, dusty, and somewhat torn simple brown robes, it is quite obvious that he has been traveling for days. His head is covered by the hood of his simple woolen cloak, and he keeps his mouth covered almost constantly by a piece of cloth stretched from one side, over his nose, mouth, and chin, tide off on the opposite side of his head. This makes only his eyes visible, making it very difficult to read his emotion, which, he usually keeps to himself, but sometimes lets loose. Across his back is a quarterstaff, which, more often than not he uses as a walking stick rather than a weapon. Also tucked into a belt at his side is a sling and two small pouches. Slung around his shoulder, a satchel hangs at his side, which holds most of his meager belongings.

When he enters combat, he attaches a second strap to his satchel, making it an easy to carry, light pack. When this is done, he dicards his travel robes, leaving only his hood and mouth cloth. Beneath, he wears a simple, yet intrcate, as only elves can be, red and black breech cloth. He also wears small gloves of the same pattern about his hands, whose length is only enough to reach his wrist, and are cut off at around the second knuckle, leaving his fingertips exposed, and tight wraps that covers his shins, he is also bare foot beneath the robes.

Also beneath his robes are black and white tattoos that cover every inch of his torso, front and back, his upper arms and both forearms, and beath the shin wraps, his shins. Each tattoo is completely different, yet somehow the same. They stretch outward and fold into eachother, each touching its neighbor, never wider than the one directly beside it. In some, particularly the ones on his torso, the tattoos seems to shift and blend changing shpae constantly, sometimes the white is more prevalent, other times the black.
PERSONALITY***

Traveler is reserved, as if searching for something not even he can name. He is fast to make friends, patient, understanding, and always calm. When in a party, he never rushes into the thick of battle, but remains the calm and reasoning voice. He is not quick to show his emotions, prefering to hide them within, introverted, but he has no qualms about showing them either.
