Rotten fruit

Patches of rotten fruit that oozes a black goo can be found in the spider woods. An elven wizard can often be seen poking around the woods and making notes regarding the phenomenon.

The wizard is no longer seen around the spider pass.

Nicahh sees the elven wizard making note of affected trees, and informs him she found some diseased fruit trees south of Norwick and would be willing to show him their location, if he so desired.

If asked, he will reply that he believes the phenomenon to be caused by some type of a burrowing creature and that his investigation is continuing. He seems ready to welcome aid.
