Divining at the Well
-
During a strange occurance at the well one of the Tribunal members, the Master of the Iron Fist, was seen calling for one of the Sisters of the Bones. The tavern guards noted insane behavior by the Blooded near the well, and saw the Tribune's path then lead to the dark temple where diviners were consulted.

Sorry I had to bugger out, Wyk. The blasted Mac I was using was driving me mad. Did you know you can't alt-tab on a Mac? Hell, the mouse doesn't even have a right-clicker!!
Please let me know if the high priestess was able to augure anything about the missing overseer who fell down the well (probably thought he saw a cookie down there… )

Ahhh. I was under the impression that the Tribunal was an oligarchy along the lines of the Nerull-worshiping Hierophants in greyhawk; thirteen members with absolute authority over all underlings.
No worries; Nameless wasn't any less assertive than she would have been anyway. I'll go bump the <…censored...>.

I thought everyone was eating free pudding and ale around the well….

First off, that's what you get for using a Mac!
Second, the priestess refused to help. As it stands with the factions of the city, unless the leader/tribunal member has stated a firm positive on the issue, they will not get themselves involved. If the Tribunal representative is outvoted and a motion passes, THEN they'll act, regardless of their leader's wishes, to the communal will of the Tribunal, unless said leader strictly forbids them to, in which case the leader will have to plead his/her case before his/her peers.
Um…that make sense?
