Mind Controlled Kobolds

_Rumors spread about a citizen blowing up in the Peltarch Commons after delivering a message to a group of adventurers there. The message was that kobolds were going to attack the city in full force soon, but not by there own will. The adventurers (Fadia, Wolf, Raisa, Ael, Belma'r, and Sieyan) went out to the kobold hills to investigate. They found some kobolds surrounded by a strange blue light. The kobolds acted strangely and spoke to the group, threatnening them with more attacks. The group later found out that the kobolds were having thier minds taken by a high mage, who seems to be behind the threats on the attack.
