Old ranger Mill Patteel

this my story… briefly. my name is Mill Patteel. i'm 75 years old man. i like to travel, can't stand in same place very long. i'm a ranger and forests of Faerun are my home.
hmm... what do you really wanna know about me... yeah... not sure how important this is but i'm quite... i'm very forgetful. and very often i can't listen what people are talkin. usually i'm lost in thought. and i'm not very social person. oh, and i like to dance. in a forest of course.
all of my kin have been rangers and druids. my grandpa lived in Neverwinter Wood with my parents, and i was born there. my kin have always been very longevity, perhaps becouse we have little bit elven blood also in our kin... my grandpa's grandma was an elf. at last we all lived together in Neverwinter Wood... my grandpa Vinnie, my parents Derek and Anna, my wife Kathy, our son Jirn and his wife Maria and our granddaughter Amie.
last 20 years of my life i have lived with fear and desperation. 20 years ago my family was murdered... quite all of us was murdered. not sure who they were, not sure why they did it... just know it had something to do with my grandpa, Vinnie, who was very powerful druid... and had very hidebound attitude too. he had strange friends and some of them were very evil ones too, i'm sure about this.
but i'm alive. and my granddaughter Amie is alive too. or that's what i wanna believe. i never found her body after butchery. i'm sure she escaped and some wanderer found her and have taken care of her. Amie is 25 years now... if she lives.
i'm sure those dark druids wanna kill me and they are lookin for me. i don't know very much about them... but perhaps they fear i have some notes from my grandpa or they just wanna kill of my grandpa's kin. or perhaps i'm just paranoid.
however... i'm dreamin that one day i can destroy those dark druids of Neverwinter Wood. but i'm just a wanderer, an old ranger, who wanna find his granddaughter.
