A little girl named Clover

A little blue-haired, mocha toned half-elven girl in her early teens some know as Clover is seen running and playing with a number of the local children and some other unknown children with her. More than one of them might seem to be in some stage of having a little cold sine there's plenty of coughing and sneezing and wiping of noses on sleeves.

Upon noting the girl's latest activities, portal-making and the increasing deteoriation of her health the blue uniformed figures withdraw to the Tower of Cerulean Stars to deliberate on the perplexing situation.

_The sicker of the children favor sitting and listening to Lily's stories and songs as long as she willing to tell and sing them. ALL of the children crowd around for the candies. Eventually though some of the children feel just oo much under the eather to reall play and for most of them , clover might be seen opening a portal for them from time to time that closes right after those who want to go rest walk through.
All the while Clover keeps an equally wary eye on the figures in blue, but even to them and green-haired elf she smiles and waves to while the children play…at least aslong as they keep their distance.
One day though on her plentiful visits, even the blue-haired half-elven girl looks and acts too sick to enjoy playing much. It is then that she leads a number f the children into a portal.. Clover is the last one to go, waving to her new friends and promising to come and play once she's over her cold.
Not all of the sick children went away with Clover, they scattered with the rest back across the city. Those lucky enough to have families rich enough to get regular clerical attetntion suffer little more than a few days bed rest. For the poor and less fortunate, it's only the beginning...as it spreads quickly among them beyond just the children._

Ocean is often seen sitting and writing or playing in positiont hat allow her to watch the children. She often smiles as she does and makes no attempt to interfere with their games, only moving to assist should any get injured or look in need of a drink to cool them down again after a good run.

From time to time figures in stark blue military uniforms with silver trimmings are seen watching the children from a discreet distance under the apparant leadership of a short green haired elf.

Lilly smiles and waves at Clover, periodically handing out little honey flavored candies to them and inviting them over for her to sing silly little songs and tell stories and the general stuff to entertain children. She often giggles and seems to thoroughly enjoy their company, taking out a handkerchief and wiping their noses whenever she sees them going for their sleeves. Sometimes even using a simple mage hand spell, causing the handkerchief to float towards them.
All in all, Lilly seems positively delighted.

_Some of the cildren mak faces at and stick their tongue out at Meroigo, more just giggle and wave as they run by. The blue haired girl among them, when she sneezes or coughs though, the ground around her rumbles.
Also any authority figure getting too close to the children receives a most unfriendly glare form that same girl. Considering the ground rumbles too when she points out and yells at them, the wise let the children be and have their fun where otherwise they'ld be rounded up straight off for being as rowdy as they are at times.
Those enchanted with protections or magics cast upon them quite often find their magics gone when the blue-haired girl and her friends pass by. The very magic fizziling out into sparkly motes of magic and floating off toward the blue-haired girl herself._

Meroigo sniffs and frowns somewhat as he watches the kids at play from his seat in the commons.
I just bloody know I'm gonna catcher cold from this lot.
Grumbles slightly but smiles nonetheless and heads towards the inn
