*troops arrive with many boxes*

Troops of Legion and Mercenaries arrive to the gates of Oscura with hundreds of crates and boxees well guarded by the guards as well as an assortment of mages from the Spellweavers keep, they are met with large looking brutes wearing dark robes and crudely shaped helmets, they emanate a stench as though they have never bathed in their lifetime or that they have been sleeping with rotting corpses, the robed ones take all the crates as they arrive and move them into the depths of Oscura allowing no one to follow and saying nothing. The crates are taken to Chaevre's personal Library that has recently completed Construction.
