  • What I am trying to say is more closely related to what Tindra I guess said better. He is not the monster some wish to portray him to be. The attacks he is accused of happened years ago. He should get a fair trial.

    I loose face trying to defend or help someone? Many people don't like half elves. Should I appologize for the look of my face too? I am really not worried about what anyone other then my friends and family think of me. I help people Arandor. If you haven't realized that by now… shakes her head and stalks off in the opposite direction.


  • Stopping in his tracks as he wanders off, he stops a moment to say one more thing, not bothering to turn around to face the others.

    "Hundreds of men and women fought and died against the Defiler… I myself fought alongside Uthger on that day, and so did you Tala... Our victory there belongs not to one man, but to all."

    He frowns somewhat.

    "Choose your battles more wisely, Tala… Uthger is the last person that needs your help, and you lose face over this..."

    With that he stomps off into the Orc lands, leaving deep impressions in the ground with his heavy footfall.


  • Rando makes it know that uthger should be allowed to enter the town and the trial should be dropped due to the invasion of Norwick and that we will need every able bodied fighters to defend Jiyyd


  • Tindra grumbles when she hears talk of Uthger again in a recent visit to the town.

    "You make it sound like he's always been a monsterr. Can't you stop and think forr a moment that he might have been contrrolled by something? The Uthgerr I know would NEVERR have summoned an undead. Such magics arre beneath him.

    "Fine, yes, he prrobably needs to be stopped if he's contrrolled. But that doesn't mean we have to trreat the whole memorrry of him as a monsterrr!"

    She growls a bit as she stomps off.


  • A small red-haired hin leaps up from where he was looking at some odd markings on what appears to be a large map.

    "hold on there!" he calls after the small legionnaire, his face plain and his expression concerned "you sayin' Uthger raised a boner and used it to do you in?" he breaks into a smile, laughs, and goes back to his map.

    "didn't know those tribal warriors were big with the aggressive boners…always thought they were an axe-first kinda people."

    "Oh, so because you do not know of the crime he commited in the hall he didn't do it? Yes, he did HELP in killing the defiler and the defiler's wench, but he wasn't alone. He had a group of strong people helping him cut them down. He was a hero that day. However, he summoned a skeleton so assist him in murdering Grag and I in the Legion Halls. For that crime he needs to pay. So I am sorry if it's hard for you to understand."

    he walks off towards the Hall, no longer wanting a part in the argument

    as he walks he mutters something "Amazing how ignorant some people can be."

    Uthger shows Krig the sign waiting for the rest of the crafters

    "Aint killed anyone from this town in 6 years and the halfer and billy, bob, john, warrior, Uthgor, Jarkek, Crystalled fark are running around telling folks I went on some killing spree last week."

    "Bring on the trial, just make sure you there Krig, I want farking truth magics on me so folks cant accuse me of lieing."


  • Arandor sighs, frowning slightly as Tala counts off her fingers, digging deeper and deeper… Shaking his head slowly and muttering some elven curses under his breath, he turns and walks away, clearly wanting no part in this argument.


  • tala speaks slowly and deliberately so that even the simplest of creatures can hopefully understand her. Ticking points off on her fingers

    He killed the defiler and Oriana the one who possessed the defilers prison.

    They were both evil.

    He saved this land and your lives in doing so.

    He also saved many a unknowing traveler in the rawlins from an untimely demise.

    I have no knowledge of what happened to you in your hall.

    I can only speak that he helped to save Narfell by riding it of the greatest evil I have known to date.

    Unless you want to count the Dog god Nog. I might add I'd welcome his help against the gnolls and their fiends. I have not seen him commit the crime of which you speak.

    So really I think you ought to consider who you are talking about. A man who I've seen do immense good for these lands and its people.

    If that is hard for you to understand then I am truely sorry.

    ((ooc on… Ger killed Oriana and thus ruined Andelas' plot. Andelas even went so far as to shout it across the server. This happened like the first weekend in december. Some of you may or may not remember it. thought I'd tell you specifically what she is referencing))

  • I told Grag to leave him alone years ago. I really don't understand why he wants to go after Uthger. The man let the lot of us live. Could have killed us all. Everyone forgets that what was it 7 years ago Dwin it was Uthger himself that killed the Defiler and that woman Oriana. Without him and Scutum many more people would have died. shakes her head Things like this make people look like ingrates.

    I wear my Norwick Guard armor or regular clothing.

    Not confusable with Uthger black armless fullplate.

    maybe the spelled UthgOrs name wrong. UthgEr hasnt been around for years, i am sure it wasnt him killin anyun. The King of the Nars, however, he been dressin up just like me friend Uthger lately…I can see how the mistake was made, especially with him blowin up graves an such.
