Found Poetry

  • Peltarch Far Scouts

Simple, non-descript parchment is pinned to various places around the town of Jiyyd. What is on the parchment appears to be a poem of some sort.

When inquiries are made as to who posted the poetry, few if any at all can recollect seeing anyone. Though, when they do, all they can describe is an unusually tall Elven Male, with blue tinged skin and green hair.

    _Blue Iris

The Blue Iris of my eye
    Turning away from what
    I’m not supposed to see

    Deception not in lies
    But in silence, left unsaid
    Bond of Trust untrue

    A decision to be made
    But made long ago
    Forsake myself, let go

    A strayed path’s reversal
    Simple truth in illusion
    Falsity in words of truth

The Blue Iris of my eye
    Did not need blinded
I knew, I could always see_
