Rumors spread that the Gold Dragon, a mercenary group, is nothing but a scam. They take member's gold while offering noy pay to them. They wear yellow robes, so if you should see someone in yellow robes, do not trust that individual.

Magistrate Barrim is heard to remark to those folk spreading the rumours as well as those listening of this information that any Mercenary Guild or group not registering their membership, and activities formally in the city will be treated as under suspicion of conspiracy.
He reminds folk that mercenaries are welcome in the city, but any formal organisation visible in the city must make themselves known formally to the magistrates office and then subsequent information will be automatically forwarded for recommendation or not to the general of the cities military, peltarch guard and other military branches.
He also asks for any formal complaints of fraud to be immediately forwarded to his office via a member of the peltarch city guard.
