A visitor from the surface compliments the librarian

  • Magistrate Barrim of Peltarch, on the hunt for undead in the caves, before oscura that were mentioned by his accompanied associates of Kara and Tolin - upon finding none, headed further onward toward the city of Oscura found by tolin and her previously.

He made his way around the city and docks, introducing himself quite openly and inquiring just where the butcher gets his meat with a slight hint of concern.

After complimenting the various traders on their wares and making polite introductions to guards and other folk alike, discovering the library with Kara and Tolin he enquires politely on the owners, and the opportunity to speak with the learned keepers of the library in the interest in old arcana and history. He asks whether he could arrange membership in the interests of diplomatic relations and the honourable exchange of knowledge. Barrim well known for his studious ways in the last ten years, expressed open platitudes and compliments on the array of books, and the organisation herein.

He asks the librarians to contact him on the surface, or to leave word there at the library when he intends to return at a later date.
