Monsters in the forest!

_A young woman in glowing blue robes left the southern gates this morning, only to return a short while later, bloodied and bruised with a large gash in her abdomen. The girl, calling herself Kaylana, told the gate guard that she is an apprentice of the Rawlinswood druidic circle, recently returned from pilgrimage, and was attacked by a large spear-wielding draconic monster.
Shortly thereafter a small group of Norwick hunters was sent out, followed by the chancellor in full armor and calling on Malar to guide the hunt.
That evening the chancellor returned to the gates and informed the mercenary guards that a prisoner would be arriving, and to escort it immediately to the militia jail.
One of the hunters seemed particularly edgy and was later heard in the tavern blustering about a large deer with razor-sharp horns that appeared out of nowhere some distance behind the chancellor. It watched the prayers of the darkly-armed cleric, then vanished just as suddenly. "By da Dark One's blood, it were from hell itself!"_
