_I think we should have warning signs about those crystals. I want to put some up by the crystals themselves and by the gates to each town. Anyone who can provide about five or six deadwood planks should look for Genzir Malark. You will be given a more than fair price for the planks, although I would not mind if somebody is willing to provide them for free as a service to the good peolpe of the land.

Rumor is spreading slowly but surely, that someone evidentally is looking for mercenariers/wannabes, preferably unaffiliated for a proposal. Not many details are mentioned very often. Drugo's name is mentioned, and seems that he is taking information of those interested.

_Rumor spreads about the death of the elusive Jiyyd sniper. Many laugh upon hearing how the man died. It is rumored that a small group consisting of Nicahh, Vine, Cike, Tiggles and Merum were seen chasing the sniper out the far east road. Several explositions are heard and then the group is seen coming back into Jiyyd, some with bolts sticking out of their sides, but a dead, charred body in tow. When asked what happened they all snicker about how the fool blew himself up trying to attack them with a powderkeg.
On a side note, Nicahh is seen carrying his very well crafted crossbow, offering to sell it to the highest bidder in an attempt to raise gold for the trip to Damara to purchase food for Jiyyd._

Its said that the bard Zyphlin, when hearing the comments of jiyyd being the new norwick, was said to have smiled and said "Indeed it is. It's heart is becoming much like the Norwick of old. The citizens care about thier town and have a deep love for it it seems, and adventures have come to see it as a home and a safe place. A place they can relax and enjoy between the dangers of thier job, and a place they will defend to the death. This place reminds me of how Norwick once was, back when the heart and pulse of that town beat with pride and happiness. Long before the coming of tyrannical leaders or crystal overlords. May the legion continue to prosper under the leadership of one so kind hearted as Grag".

After a few weeks pass form the loong drawn out council meeting many rumors have been flying around. Grag is seen muttering to himself about having to feed all of Jiyyd. Oreth is commonly seen sclolding Grag for killing white stags, rare breeds of bear while grag seems determined to feed the people of his town…. On occasion Jirka is seen sitting next to Grag flirting and some are talking the two are in love others say its more of a borther sister thing.... One thing is clear she is nwo seen walking in the black and blue of the legion....Tolin also is seen running a few laps saluting as he laughs hasted running a lap and is also seen in black and blue rumors are flying of a cooup "THE LEGION IS TAKING OVER THE COUNCIL IS JUST A FACADE" One drunk man was heard yellin in the inn... One thing is certain though the people seem to walk and sit about jiyyd these days with a little more feeling of security as guards of the legion and the watch share duties at the gates.... "LONG LIVE THE LEGION" Is heard commonly umungst the soldiers in town... Some are heard mumbling "Great we are the next nowick! whens the crystals moovin in now!!" Others are heard thanking the Legion " Oh Look its Uchi he saved my chickens from the fire last week he is soo dreamy" swoons are heard *many drunken males are seen whistling at Lyte whenever she walks by (( she has 23 charisma)) " WOO I like ta be the sheets on tha bed MATE!"

Rumor's spread of a large cannabalistic spider that terrorizes the spiders of the hidden pass. All andventurers should be wary as this spider drains the lesser spider rejuvinating itself and then setting upon unwary tresspasers with webs.

Word about town is the Velahrae is planning more raids in the days to come. The goblin activity to the south has concerned them greatly, and they gather in a few days to continute their scouting. There is also a whispered rumour of buried treasure, although none can say where that started. // 11am EST on Thursday, and 3pm EST on Saturday. Bring your elfies for RP!//

Hostilities continue between Orc and Duergar. Reports of massed Destroyers leaving the fortress to reinforce some patrols ambushed in Mintas Rhelgor come in following a 'quiet bit of exploring' by Nico Black and some members of the Crystal Collective.

A tall elf in green robes has been issuing challenges of magical combat to spellcasters of moderate ability (~level 5) in Jiyyd. He identifies himself as "Khyrill of Halruaa."
The challenges so far have been nonlethal and friendly, without any sort of betting.

Elor and Nyda only narrowly escaped alive when they were attacked by a pack of werewolves on the East Road and fled towards Jiyyd. There, Hanen and Just'ene managed to help in killing the remainder of the werewolves.

_Apparantly the warband raided the goblins to the south a week or so ago. They were a scouting party, and were ambushed by some of the goblin's elite forces. After fighting their way through that successfully, they came across a bugbear raiding party that was heading north towards Norwick. An elven paladin is rumored to have fallen in the fight, but after the bugbears were destroyed she was brought back by a powerful cleric.
Word is now circulating that the leader of the warband, Tanin, is seeking word from anyone who knows about the drow in Narfell._

Vroka, with plenty on her mind these days, still welcomes all the fenberries, anyone brings her.With all that's been going on, she might slightly cross if pressed about her progess witht he Dreamstone Plague. For the truly curious though who wish to know more, she opens her notes on the plauge, which has its own seperate book now and lets them read all about it, telling them to simply put the bok back whent hey're done.
ANy whor ead will find all about how Restoration or Greater plus fenberries from the Hidden pass near the old gypsy camp are the only known cure for later stages. Early stages are known to be treatable with simple spellslike Remove Disease. Onc past a critical point htough and the previously stated cure is necessary. Spells taht remove fear do render the nightmares manifested by the stricken into more harmless dream manifestations. After talking to a druid froma remote mountain village recently, sent to her by Peltarch's High Priestes of Tyr, Dasiy, she has learned that there are now two strains of the plauge. The new second strain acts as the orginal stainwith Remove Fear cast upon the dreamer. Only, the new train proves, to hav no returning fear effects. It instead seems to spread instead on the polen from trees possibly manifested in the same way as the nightmarish creatures of the original strain
Jolil explained how this group was sent by High Priestesss Daisy to lokin on his village after it was found by an initail party whom were able to rescuea single woman from the village. The first party encountered the orignal strain..and that is what the Jolil and the woman remember before the entire village fell to the plague. Something the first party did removed the fear from the entire village and Diasy and Vroka are prettys ure inadvernantly created thenew mutation. They only hope that the polen did not spread it somewhere before the moutnain village was saved and cured of the plauge.
The new strain, seems to be the exact opposite in every way. It produces the most pleasant dreams and a certain state of euphoria taht makes it diffcult for those awake in the area to leave. And that just means themore chances to eventually bceome infected and fall into a stoned sleep.
Vroka is glad Clover is off on her own at least. She was a handful.
