_Rumor has it that a long time helper of the metalsmith shop was killed while escorting a routine caravan to Peltarch, the wagons looted. The legion went out to find the caravan, returning a bit later with the bodies of three dead men.
Word on the attackers seems to be pointing to the Romani camp, apparently gypsies have taken up a life of being bandits now, or so people are saying._

Star, seeming sour and annoyed at the accusations maintains she returned to find Thorn. Indeed shortly after her return Thorn's sword began to glow seemingly to the surprise of none of the wolves present. Zhentarim then began appearing by magic and a great battle ensued, moving to the crossroads when Star told Thorn and the other wolves that they should move further from jiyyd to keep it's people safe.

_Under the protection of the legion forces, the highharvestide festival took place not far from to Jiyyd. The only as mysterious mage referred to illusionist had turned the usually rather bland plains into a bright and colorful scene taken right from a tropical dream. Small little pools of water were surrounded and shadowed by tall palm trees. The sisterhood had supplied the fitting coconuts to go with this wonderful illusion.
A diverse group of people had been attracted to the Nars pass, bringing with them mostly a good mood and the will to enjoy the idea of actually being on the high sea, travelling with sailors around Toril. The first little competition was started off with Pylith walking over a think plank, badly balanced. Much to the awe and surprise of the crowd a horrible sea monster rose out of the illusionary pool and kept trying to make the walking the plank ever more fun by commenting on the various dare-devils. Most notably Juster was named the Grape.
After that those willing to really get into the sailor mood were made to shout at hostess Sabre, giving their best impersonation of a sailor captain who has to get their crew under control. The laughing and chuckling Sabre continued to hand out little toy parrots until the last one had stopped yelling.
Following that many of the more skilled participants were chosen by Elridith and Theaon into two opposing teams of sailors to travel to a distant island. A short and harsh fight took place, until the teams reached the hidden treasure chest. Even Grag was taken down by a spell from Ronan. The monk Scutum though turned that small victory for team yellow, and it was only Elridith who stood her ground transformed into a troll for a while longer. Much to the surprise of the hosts and the teams the prize had disappeared from the chest. It mainly consisted of donations from the sisterhood and the legion and the two hosts. And all present were asked if they had taken it.
Quickly a suspect was made out: Star. Who had left earlier, insulting and claiming the festival was for cheaters to win. She had returned to stand hidden near the chest and ran at first. The suspicions she had returned to deliver proof of her earlier accusation arose quickly, it seemed likely that she had taken and hidden the treasure but that couldn't be proven for sure, nor could it be countered.
The festival disolved soon after that, both hosts looking downcast and angry, despite famous legion general Grag shaking their hands thanking them._
((Thanks to everyone who was there to have fun! Special Kudos to DMs sciolist, Nilla and DrDreadlock who made this the prettiest festival yet If someone wants to collect screenshots, I have a few ones
Also: feel free to expand on the rumor, add little side stories and maybe something about the Zhentarim. I wasn't there for that.))

A white goblin was detected, chased and subdued in the town in a recent night. Though it remains unclear where the goblin came from, or what exactly it was doing in Jiyyd, it now sits in the guard prison, awaiting someone who speaks its tongue.

Having returned from some travelling, Keira is looking to hire a sorceress for some research. Expressions of interest to the Sisterhood house (by PM)

Drudo of the Regal Whore has been complaining lately about a troublesome gnome who stormed the inn and left ranting about decency and uncultivated minds. The gnome could often be seen sulking by the fire, glancing at his cards and flitting about the southern plains, unstained by the area's grisly filth, carrying a loop of rusty blades by his hip.

Probably to earn some gold a group of which about half wore the black and gold of the Sails headed into the swamp. They returned in good health but brought little in the way of loot with them. A pair of them stuck around Jiyyd, singing a horrible song and being generally cheerful until the shade of a woman showed up. Her ghostly appearance and cruel magics marked a turning point in the spirits of the pair. The man getting horribly hurt by a touch from the woman and heading to Vroka to undo the wounds. The pair left Jiyyd and were seen speaking with the ghostly woman for a while longer, a bard who was present at the time ending up stiff on the ground for a while. What was spoken, which deals were made, which threats exchanged however remains the guesswork of further gossip.
Edit: Fixed typo

_Anyone taking a jaunt into the plains south of Jiyyd will notice an unusually high number of corpses laying around, many with numerous bolts sticking out of them, and many others with little dual gouges out of spots on their bodies.. as if they were bitten by something quite small, yet nasty.
Hin tracks seem to be everywhere, mixed in with the tracks of the scavengers and animals and giant insects of these parts. Seems someone took it in their hands to try and single-handedly clear these lands.
Whispers of those few scavengers left alive speak of a small ghost-child dressed all in black, laughing low and maniacally right before a bolt came screaming through the air, and a tiny flying demon creature tore into their companions.
What is it that stalks the plains when no-one else is looking?_

_Several large groups of undead attacked the Legion positions on the Long Road recently, and rumor has it that one of the Legion Privates was killed and taken by them.
A large and disparate group put the undead down, but afterwards, there is talk that an undead emissary spoke of seeking a certain song._

It was late one evening when a battered and bloodied Kull, Thaeon and Dentin entered the town. What was most unusual was that Dentin carried the dead body of a hobgoblin to the healer for treatment and burial, and seemed to do so with some respect for the dead hobber.

It is the talk of the Royal about Grag paying for a room for a wee lady and then later demanding that he be given a spare key as well.
The room, in the morning, was a disaster area.
The small lady, Cal Sighte, is an enchantress of magical gems and stones. While she had the shop open for one day she was gone the next.

A group of at least ten hins were seen strolling around town, and then storming the legion hall. what went on in there is unknown, but, that was a lot of hins. Rumours spreads they all walked back into town a while later and headed straight towards the valley where drinking songs, pie, and dancing seems to have occured.

A rather large group, consisting of Black Sails (some claim that the sails Sabre and Pavel were accompanied by the miniature troll Mercy, but others claim that the town doesn't stink even half as bad it should be, had it passed through), a woman some might know as Winter, Rose's lapdog Ronan , the wizard Ezachiel and the Legionaire Theaon, ventured into the Swamps, for reasons can only guess at (the best guesses are probably gold or rumours of earlier trouble).
They left the swamp not much later, some of them looking a bit shocked, but generally in good spirits.

_On an otherwise quiet day, Dentin and Rhistin headed out of the east gate. Not long after, Dentin returned carrying the rather dead body of Rhistin into the healer's building. Once again alive, Rhistin and Dentin emerged some time later, joining Kull and Thaeon in a meeting with a mysterious black-clad man at the gates. Apparantly the leader of the worgs in the cave east of Jiyyd, there was a discussion between the two parties, which revolved around some sort of exodus of the worg pack, and the nature of the black-clad man.
Tensions ran hot, but in the end no incident took place. The man returned east, and word is quickly spread troughout town that miners should avoid the
caves east of Jiyyd until the pack there has moved on into the mountains.Exactly when this will be, remains unclear._

A moon elf in noble-looking clothing was looking for Ginger Tealeaf; he was talking about some creatures called "Fey'ri" which he described as "demonic elves". The elf was also seen examining the menhirs in the area; casting spells and writing in a notebook.
