A large half orc in Legion Officer armor easily identified as Mog is seen frequently visiting Vroka and Finnius. Any passerbys or customers can atest to the fact that Mog seems to be trying to arrange a discount on healing goods for the legion as they have been good customers of theirs for years and such a discount would most assuredly get even more Legion customers.
