Rev's Characters

  • Elena Arguyle:

Elena stands around the same height as an average female human in the region, and probably weighs about the same. She is barely just into womanhood, and still retains that aura of innocence present in girls.

Some of it could be attributed to the way she braids her blonde hair into a bun and the simplicity of her appearance, preferring to wear full-length plain white robes. What strikes one would be the intense green of her eyes, but few ever see them unless she's startled, as she keeps her gaze humbly lowered. A fair complexion helps to bring the bloom of youth in her cheeks, and most of the time a gentle smile resides on her lips.

Elena speaks in modest tones, but is able to pitch her voice to raise above the din of combat if necessary, and an attentive person might discern faint accents of the Damaran tongue. Slim fingers extending from the ends of her sleeves betray the fact that Elena is not used to hard labour, but they also aid in the delicate nature of the healing work that she is engaged in. The robe conceals her slim physique, but should the situation warrant it, Elena is quite capable of hauling the wounded to safety over short distances.

Honed by practice through childhood in a church, Elena is able to move with some grace and adopts a non-threatening posture in her daily life. Often, she is seen wearing an old bag, and a pin with the stylised shape of a flower on her sleeve, as she goes about her business. Although she appears to be uncertain of herself in social situations, Elena projects confidence whenever anything to do with healing or medicine comes up, and this has helped to set her patients or indeed, any one who is watching, at ease.
