Census

  • A small man, one of the clerks that handle book keeping for the city, escorted by two guards begins to make a tour of the city. Taking down the names of citizens and guests, the name they give that is. The little man doesn't seem overly interested in his work and just wishes to be back in his nice crowded office.

((Just a nice IG way to find out who is a citizen of Arnath under what ever name they wish.))

  • Von Du'Sharr ((Avatar name Clayton Von'Hocke))

This figure's been seen in the city very often as of late. Recognised by his lurking, silent demeanor, not to mention is dark robes and mask. He is often staying where the shadows are at, and contenting himself with simply observing.

  • Zanetar is in Arnath. Always in Arnath. After returning from a long trip to the Moonsea without the child with which he departed, he has spent all his time holed up in a shanty. Those few that have visited him – even his (former?) fiancee not amongst them -- have seen a deranged lunatic. His charismatic nature gone, he is mumbling, stuttering, thin and stringy, and apparently insane.

(( I'll be back eventually. Sooner than later, now. ))

  • Making one of her rare visits to Arnath, Nicahh speaks to the man doing the census, holding out her scarred hand as one proof she lives there. She informs him that she rarely comes down here anymore with Zanetar gone, them promptly ask him if he has seen Zane.

  • Keira is an occasional visitor and has been for the past few years.
More frequently she can be seen praying at the altar in the crypts.

She is not a citizen of Arnath, but does visit and takes a sympathetic interest in goings on there.

  • Dania

[she walks around arnath, sliently. Not talking to any. None as sure why. But then this is arnath, so none care.]

    ((yes i am still around…sometimes))

  • Cray Vincint

proudly said with a smug expression, to the small man taking the census

  • Amaliel

The silent elf visits rarely but regularly.

  • The Nameless Monk

A devotee of the Order of the Iron Fist and elected member of the Tribunal.

  • _Scyth

How he came to Arnath is unknown. When he came is, again, unrecorded. Most simply know that he has been here, sitting, waiting, and watching. His current position is unclear, though it is evident that he holds some position in the Tribunal._

  • Corde Sharr'dak

Rumored to be the leader of the first party of adventurer's to first discover the small camp like outpost and the man that aided raising Arnath from a simple campsite like town to an actual small city, he was one of the original Guardian and has since been one of the three original Tribunes and is the current High Templar of Arnath.

  • Ikarus Darkrune

Ikarus arrived in Arnath over seven years ago. He's just a citizen. After five years missing due to problems on the surface, he's returned with his wife-to-be Erevaine the Quiet One to serve and dedicate himself to the city.

  • Marek Cariss

Marek arrived in Arnath soon after it was uncovered and immediatly set up shop. He began working on what he called his "project" which always involved bringing in bodies to study. He is a rather quiet man, but those familiar with the customs of Thay would recognize that he hails from there. His head is often covered by a hood pulled low, but beneath his head is shaven and heavily tattooed. He disappeared for some time before arriving back to resume his work. Many see him with his faithful servent Draxil by his side and often he has animated a corpse to carry out some menial tasks for him. He seems polite, but firm when talking to others. A busy man with a lot to get done….

  • Chaevre' Vaelen

    Merchant for Arnath

  • Gildor

Though her reasons of staying has always been unknown and seem to change over the years, the elf has remained a common face. She first appeared in Arnath soon after its first discovery, but because of too much conflicts with the locals, she never fully settled and vanished for a long period, just to appear again once Arar joined.
