Lots of little changes and some big ones:
Big Ones- 3 TR limit has been removed. When anyone dies, their TR count will be reset to 11. So if they get True rezzed, it will go down to 10. The only thing that is incremental is the cost - 20k until level 12... after that it's 20k +5k per level for a max of 60K at lvl 20.
- 1 3eXP award for mobs outside of your regular XP window. You will get XP for spawns that you would normally not get XP for. It's measured in 1e XP, so you wont get 1 3eXP every time you kill something... but it will add up over time and you will get that 1 3eXP when it reaches the 1e total=3e 1XP threshhold.
- Fish Fort Mines are now open... but beware, it's not an easy slog, and the previous residents have left a few nasty surprises behind... and maybe something more?
