Hags about! Keep your Children Under Constant Supervision!

Having heard that there may be hags about looking to kidnap children within the Peltarch region, lady Varya Tiller would post notices all over the city informing adults to keep an eye on their kids. She notifies them that hags are magic creatures that if seen, to run to the nearest guard, defender, or even adventurers of renown if the others aren't available and do not confront them by any means.
Secondly, she'd order defenders to patrol the rural lands and nearby townships as well, making sure there wasn't any trouble going on. She'd welcome any casters and clerics to walk with them given the unique nature of these circumstances.
