Sight in the Residential District

  • In the residential district, a few who exit the bathhouse late one afternoon are greeted to a spectacular sight. A huge spray of ice and frost radiate out from a central point near one of the benches in a flower like pattern, expanding for 20 meters in all directions. The sunlight creates myriad colors on the walls of the buildings as it refracts through the ice.

It all quickly fades in the afternoon sun, leaving the ground soggy, and water running down the walls like tears from the windows.
