Build 907C1
-
New Prestige Classes
The team has been (yes still!) going over the survey results and plotting out new improvements based on all the feedback. One of the themes that came up a few times is offering new PrC's. So we gathered a few DMs and devs to balance out a couple. 2 of them are ready for all of you all to play with so they are here in Build 907C1.
We are aware that before these PrC's were available, people were already trying their best to RP and build similar PC concepts as the ones that these PrC's provide. Because of that, we're open to rebuild your PC as long as the RP and build you had is consistent with the one expected from the PrC you want to rebuild to. This means, we'll be taking applications for PrC rebuild, and decide case by case.
If you're interested in getting such a rebuild, please contact to @Gonnar or @tpickles so they can forward it to the team and put it up for a brief discussion.
Without further adieu, the PrC's...
Arcane Trickster
The Arcane Trickster enhances their roguish skills with arcane magic, dabbling in mainly illusion and enchantment magic.
For more info, such as level progression and abilities, see the wiki article on Arcane Tricksters.
Mystic Theurge
Blurring the line between divine and arcane, mystic theurges draw power from divine sources and musty tomes alike. While most spellcasters choose one path to magical power, mystic theurges walk two roads at once, simultaneously mastering spells common to clerics and wizards.
For more info, such as level progression and abilities, see the wiki article on Mystic Theurges.
Ammo and Potion Stack Size Increases
Managing pages and pages of the same potions is a huge pain! We've upped potion stacks to 20 and arrow/bolt/bullet stacks to 200. Enjoy!
More DM Tool Updates
Yea you've reached the bottom of this build update and we're shoving this one in. We can't share a lot of details about behind the scenes tools but wanted to let you know, DM tools suck and they need love too so they can make all the cool things happen. Their IG item editor tools now allow them to change appearances and manipulate properties that had previously been disabled for them to tweak on items including Damage Reduction, Arcane Spell Failure and Weight Reduction. You will see more of this on DM loot and...ON SPECIAL MONSTER SPAWNS!!!!
Bugs?
As with all build updates, there is the likelihood of bugs. Please report bugs to the bug reporting forum so that we can fix them.
