    Hi all you Narfers out there,

    I'm glad to present to you the product of over a year of the team discussing how we can be a stronger community. Long have we needed a public facing list of rules that we as staff can reference instead of running a scavenger hunt over 20 years of forum posts trying to make sense of what's still relevant. For that and many other reasons, we've put together a staff code of conduct.

    Thank you to everyone who's pushed for this thing and of course everyone who has weighed in and made it what it is now. A special thank you to @Seisan for leading most of the discussion!
