    Experience Gain Changes

    All xp gained is now just straightforward XP. There is no more combat XP taper/accumulator/cap. All RP bonuses are now permanent (exploration and auto-tick) and not tied to combat gains. The !combat command has been removed.

    Player Shops

    (aka self-service player shops)

    A new kind of business has setup shop in the Peltarch markets: Be Your Own Boss Mercantiles. Setup an account, open a stall and sell some of your wares!

    Other Fixes

    • Quests no longer leave quest items in your inventory
    • Legion Tower transitions fixed. Please seek a DM if you can't access your PS chests
    • Dialog choices should no longer follow you from one dialog to another unexpectedly

    BYOB Updates

    BYOB stalls now list the merchant on items sold. If you have any difficulties or accidental purchases, seek them out for a refund. Maybe don't tell them if you break something though 😈

    Magic Item Generation Update

    • Overall chance to find magic items has increased 5x
    • Properties found to be useless (ex: weight reduction on ammo) have been removed
    • New properties added
    • Numerous other small fixes

    Other Fixes

    • There was an issue with the loot generation causing more loot to drop than intended. This has been fixed

    BYOB Expands

    Be Your Own Boss Mercantiles expands with 2 new stalls. They also now let you stock items with apostrophes!

    BYOB is still very much in beta, we appreciate your patience while we limit access to usage. Please direct any feedback or bugs to the BYOB feedback thread so we can find it and implement it!

    Skinning Update

    Consider the first in a string of updates to how skinning animals works. Animals with hides to harvest now pass leaving "skinnable remains". These can be accessed without a skinning knife to find regular loot (yes, they're lootable now) or, with a knife, to skin the creature. Skinning a creature places hides and meat on its remains and they become no longer skinnable.

    Duergar Fortifications Expand

    The Deep Mines home to a Duergar mining operation has been flourishing. Miners now fill the tunnels and fortifications have improved. News also spreads of Duergar elite frequently being sent out to watch over the facilities, battle hardened and strong of faith.

    Razor Boar Appearance Update

    Razor Boars now much spookier! No longer to be mistaken for their much less deadly cousins, REGULAR BOARS.
