Strange colorful crowd in the Nars

Through the Nars, on both sides of the Scar, colorful people of all shapes and sizes appeared out of seemingly thin air, as far as scouting reports go. From old wizards to young warriors, all speaking various dialects and languages on top of common. Most of these people have already set off to greener pastures, some in groups, some by themselves. Where they come from, well nobody really knows. Sure was weird though.
