Rumors in the Great Hall

  • Rumor has it that Hannibal Charon, the simple guardsman of Norwick, was found dead at the site of a small, burned out cottage on the outskirts of town. As the stories would have it, he was found propped up against an old cherry tree, journal in hand, covered with freshly fallen cherry blossoms. In accordance with his will, his body was burned with the ashes interred privately in an averaged sized grave near the desolate cottage, beside a smaller, unmarked grave. Atop the grave site is a small, flat stone with the words "So It Goes" inscribed on the surface. The stone is also engraved with a single puffy white cloud overlaid with three triangles.

  • Layabout Norwick Milita member Ryker Corvis was seen mourning Hannibal. Though it seems his primary issue is that now he has to learn a new persons schedule to avoid hard labor and slack off.

  • With lantern in hand, Diadne visits the grave site, says a small prayer, then quietly departs.
