Squatter in the Nars

A short woman glad in white, grey and gold vestments is seen arguing with a much younger, much taller woman inside the maid about honor and duty, soon after the young woman is seen throwing a mug of beer across the inn and storming out.
Later the younger woman can be seen setting a tent in the lands just southwest of the southern most wall of Peltarch and building a makeshift barrier with wood collected from nearby, if asked what she is doing she simply grunts at them and stares until left alone.
