Cecil looking for rare enchanting materials

Apparently, word travels about that shortly after a trip to a remote mountain, Inquisitor Cecil is searching for items of rare make, as he decides upon an enchantment to put on them. He requests that people looking to sell such item contact him with offers and prices.
Rare metals for weapons, and rare hides of creatures are considered valuable in this endeavor. Mention of dragonscale belts or adamantine weapons seem to take top priority on his list, but other materials are of course considered.
