A note is to be seen inside of the crafting hall in Norwick, the one that is free and open to everyone. The note is concretely located near yhe smithing station:
''Sorry for the trouble, these gemsetters in the forge belong to me, Maria, but I had to leave in a rush to tend to urgent matters. If you need to use the forge please move the gemsetters to the box.
If you decide to take the gemsetters for yourself, know that I'll scry the platinum in them (even if you smelt them), find you and take twice as much as you've taken from me.
