Reports filter back from across the scar that Shesarai Foutopolis and Roslyn Underhill undertook a scouting mission into Jiyyd which was quickly cut short by powerful demons blocking their progress.

That is not the worst of it, however: on their way back, they crossed paths with a large war party of skeletons! After intercepting it, a yet larger and stronger party of them arrived and attempted to block off all passage to the old orcish territories south and southwest of Jiyyd. Also seen in their company was a rather gaunt and sinister-looking figure who some have referred to as Quintin Reylerstroop.

After an attack by a related group of skeletons drew several new adventurers to the shrine of Kelemvor, the now reinforced party decided to pursue Reylerstroop, whom they suspected of traveling to Mintas.

While it is not known exactly where they ended up, it certainly was not where they intended. The group reappeared out of thin air some time later on the western side of the scar, raving about men in crystals and enchantment magics.
