Chief Voss stomps into the town center one day to make a brief announcement to the people who quickly gather, wasting very little time.

_"Dwin Dolvak is a dwarf that used to be the ruler of this realm many decades ago. Although he has spent much of his time in the Dwarven Hold since then, he claims that the prosperity of Norwick and its people are still his top priority.

He has made The Great Hall an offer to advise and support Norwick in whatever form that may be. Unless any of you have a legitimate cause for denial, he will be working with the support of the Great Hall once more from this day forward. You will give him your cooperation should it be required and treat him with respect."_

Voss eyes the crowd a moment to be sure there are no objections.
