The Herald announces to the adventuring and mercantile community:
"Hear ye, hear ye. King George I is seeking to raise gold towards improving the protection of our fair city from the orcs, giants and dragons that would try to threaten the Grand Jewel. Donations will also go towards expediting the rebuilding process. Payments may be made in gold and gems.
His grace is aware that the siege has made a dent in the purses of not only the city, but all it's citizens as well. Therefor his grace has made it known that the three largest contributors will be bestowed the non-hereditary title of Knight or Dame of Peltarch."
((What the title means OOC wise is that three top contributors will have their name changed from "Firstname Lastname" to "Sir/Lady Firstname Lastname". It may also have RP implications later on. Those who wish to make donations approach me in PMs))
