Sunken Ship

Sometime during the night, a large explosion is heard off the docks. Bits of wood rain down in the streets. A ship, rumored to be the very same used by the Legion in it's attack on the Pirate Isle, falters and keels over. A pillar of smoke rises into the air, and it slowly sinks into the cold depths of the Icelace. Guards question the locals, and so far there are no leads as to who may have sabotaged the renovated ship.

_"Was patrollin' the docks that night. Didn't see a damned thing. Not much left of the ship.. she was in pretty rough shape as it was. All that's clear is that some'un snuck in there, and blew 'er to smitherines. Sabotage it was. Don't make sense.. who'd wanna sabotage a boat that's already chock full 'o holes? Thing was an absolute wreck, it was. Damned miracle ye even made it back… hardly call 'er sea worthy."
The guard sighs and returns to his watch._

General Theaon arrives in the Docks and inspects anything that might remain of the sunken ship himself. He then speaks with some guards, inquiring what they might know.
