Renovations at the Old Legion Tower

For some time now, wagons of building supplies have been traveling down from Peltarch to the old Legion Tower. The Stonemasons of Peltarch seem to be overseeing the construction and renovations to the tower itself while Jonni and Elaine are sometimes there speaking with the dwarves involved in it's work.

_As it may have been noted by some, Elaine hasn't been seen anywhere for the last few months… and the mystery is solved as she finally emerges from the tower she's been working on. With her usual cheery attitude and now appearing better recovered from whatever injuries she had suffered that had her leaning on her spear, she hops about ordering dwarves where to put this or that. After another busy day, she takes some distance from the tower to get a good view on it, a rare pensive gesture in her face.
- "Still gotta pretty it up on the outside but... The Witch and the Seer is a thing! Yay!"_

_As the months roll on, the outside of the tower has only had minor repairs done to it, the inside seems to be totally redone by the looks of the dwarven craftsmen going in and out. The exact changes are yet to be seen as Jonni seems to keep most people away so it will be a surprise.
As the construction seems to get close to finishing, wagons begin to come and drop off supplies, a sign finally finds it's way up to hang on the side of the keep by the door. Soon hopefully "The Witch and Seer Tavern" will be open for business._

Elaine herself seems to walk down to the tower these days leaning on her hunting spear, seeming either tired or injuried, but not appearing very worried. She supervises the works and orders the workers around at times, mostly about where to stack the stone and where to build.
