    Having looked at how many Peltarchian characters people have, three seems to be a common number. Therefore I will set the limit of character per player eligible to vote to 3 characters per player. This should only affect the following players: Karnivorr (4), mcp (5), Marrow(9) and Wywernywin(19) :D.

    Due to reduced amount of characters this means, I'll up the multiplier of PC votes to x10 so the player votes will represent the whole NPC adventurer population too.
