Attention Travellers: Beware of the Windy Plains!

_A trail of petrified orcs, bandits and other dangerous beings lead to the outskirts of Jiyyd, where rumours say that travellers visiting the area randomly receive a boon or a prank out of nowhere, be it the strength of a giant, the speed of a cheetah, or… their clothes made transparent.
Other rumours go further to speak of actual sightings, such as a feline spirit, a hexing witch, or some kind of female fey creature. A bold traveller assures to have spoken to a beautiful, extroverted redhead lady dressed in furs that assures to be after the tracks of another mythological creature: The Fabulous Chocolate Golem.
It would seem that while her efforts appear to be fruitless so far, she doesn't seem to be giving up any time soon as she is quite enjoying the landscape, more particularly the riverbed where the Featherlight Tribe used to live, but she neither confirmed or negated the existence of any feline spirits or hexing witches in the area and doesn't seem to be afraid of ending up petrified._

Further rumours spread about some armoured men being seen in the Windy Plains and whereabouts, as well as a large white dragon! Wild Magic, petrified people, hexing witches, mysterious armoured men, chocolate golems and white dragons… whatever's going on, the wise and cautious would definitely stay away from that hellish place...
